Liese Milk Tea Brown Hair Dye @ 7:58 PM
There are probably tons of blogs out there that writes about Liese hair dye, but I decided to just throw mine out there. I got this hair dye today from Amazon via PinkGelee The box came slightly dented, but it did not damage the inside products. It took 6 days for delivery, one day earlier than they promised me. This is a review for mainly informational bits of this product, and I'll post up results of my hair later
This hair dye is not recommended to cover up gray hair, or hair that has being previously dyed black. I think if you want to achieve better results, or even hair coloring, use a color removal like "color oops" before dyeing your hair.
More of a close up of the possible color results. Dark hair, light hair, very light hair.
Do not use if you felt sick before from dyeing your hair, have sensitive scalp, inflammation or cut on your head, experience a reaction to black henna tattoo, do not dye your eyelashes your eyebrows, don't let it go in your eyes, rinse well after dyeing, not for those under the age of 16, Wear gloves, do not use with your hair has been colored with henna metallic dyes, store away from high temperature or direct sunlight. Use mixture imeedxciately after mixing, gas may form to cause the container to burst, Product contains hydrogen peroxide, resorcinol and toluenediamine (I know the pics blurry so I'm writing this all out.)
.
More warnings/magical things that can happen to you
Don't use this product on children.
.
Shampoo your hair the day before if you have a dirty head, with icky products you left in it
If you washed your hair the same day you're dyeing your hair, be sure to dry your head because a wet head can lessen the effects of the hair dye.
If you permed your hair, wait a week before using this dye.
Brush your hair to avoid tangles
Have the solution 1, 2, foam cap, gloves, rinse of treatment that comes in the box, instructions, basically the things in the box.
If you don't have a fancy cape, wear an old shirt or towel that you dont care for while dyeing your hair. Have a towel to wipe, newspaper to cover the floor. Oil based cream I won't bother with because I don't know wdf that is. A mirror, clock, tissue paper.
Basically dye your hair in the bathroom with the windows open. Towels, toilet paper, mirror, done.
Inside the box it has,
Solution 2(big bottle)
Solution 1(littlebottle)
Pink Pump
Random piece of paper with warnings stuffs I think
Giant Pink instructions
Rinse off treatment
Gloves with the skin test paper thing.
Shoulder length hair, is enough for one box.
I have that twice amount of hair and I'm using one box because I'm poor
Hope it works :D
Step 1: Pour Solution 2 into 1. Tilt it left and right slooowly, slow motionly, 5 times upside down. Shaking it too hard would create bubbles/watery results. Cap with pump tightly
Step 2: Using a glove, dispense foam by squeezing the bottle
Preform a skin test beforehand. I'm probably not going to do it, cause it looks to hard :D It's like put 3 drops here, 3 drops there, and I'm imagining myself spilling my $20 worth of hair dye from just trying lawls.
Step 3: Put the foam in yo head. Don't be greedy with the foam either.
Step 3, Part 1:
Divide your hair, go from root to hair. Foam may not appear right away, because the hair will absorb it, keep applying and massaging until foam appears.
Shoulder length hair people should use the entire bottle
Those of you with short hair use 2/3 of the product or up to the orange line of the bottle.
Don't do what she's doing, and applying the foam directly from the bottle. Cause you'll get a giant X on your face.
Step 3, Part 2: Massage, avoid tangles, apply in circular motions, don't get it in your eyes, massage, massage.
Do this for a total of 20 minutes
Wipe anything that's gotten on your ears arms, face, Make sure your hair isn't tangled.
Keep it on for 20-30 minutes. 30 if your hair is difficult to dye. I read on the liese website, even if you exceeded the 30 minutes of wait time before rinsing, your hair won't keep changing color, it just stops at the 30 minutes. Anything longer would just make it harder to dye. So don't bother wasting the time and effort :P
Step 4: Rinse your hair off with shampoo and your rinse of treatment. Dry your hair after coloring.
Happy Hair Dyeing. I hope this help kills some time for you while you wait to get you Liese hair dye in the mail.
